Payment policy:

To confirm your reservation, please review the following payment policies:

💳 Currency & Payment Methods

  • All payments are to be made in US Dollars (USD).

  • Deposit payments must be made via bank transfer.

  • The remaining balance can be paid in cash upon arrival in the Maldives.

🔐 Deposit Requirements

  • To secure your booking, a 30% deposit of the total price is required. This deposit must be paid within 7 days if you booked at least 30 days before your arrival. Late payment may lead to the cancellation of your reservation.

💰 Final Payment

  • The remaining 70% balance of your package must be paid in cash upon arrival in the Maldives.

🏝️ Optional Add-Ons & Extra Charges

  • Half board (includes dinner): +$ 15 per night, per person

  • Full board (includes lunch & dinner): +$30 per night, per person

  • Single accommodation supplement $350

💼 Bank Transfer Fees

Sun&Fun Trips is not responsible for any additional bank or transaction fees incurred during payment. Any charges imposed by your bank or financial institution are the responsibility of the sender.

Cancellation conditions

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll do our best to support you. Please review our cancellation terms below:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure
    Receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable processing or administrative fees.

  • Cancellations made between 30–59 days before departure
    May be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the timing and applicable cancellation fees.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure
    Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued at this stage due to advance arrangements made on your behalf.

  • Refunds
    All approved refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.

  • Booking Transfers
    If you can’t make the trip, your booking can be transferred to another guest, pending approval and any related fees. Just get in touch with us to arrange it.
